The title is my answer to almost every problem.  If you have an issue with something, join a forum relating to it and post something.  I guarantee if it happened to you, it happened to someone else and an online forum is the best place to look.

Forums are also ideal for advertising your business.  Relationships with forums give you a direct relationship with your end customers.  I have bought many items from certain retailers because they were sponsors of a forum on the subject and they had what I needed.

Do you like to cook?  I know that most people who love to cook don’t typically rely on the internet as much yet.  Cooking is viewed as a traditional act and, with the internet still a relatively (relative to cooking) new thing, it isn’t typically used by those who truly are inspired by food.  The best recipes are those kept secret and the internet is everything but secret.  But casting all that aside, for everyone else, there is youtube.  Then again you can say that about pretty much anything.  My point is youtube is an incredibly useful tool for learning to cook certain dishes.  This blog post highlights nine youtube channels worth your while in cooking.  Enjoy.

Ever sat back watching a race and thought: “Hey I could do that if only I had the opportunity”?  First of all I would like to inform you that you are most likely positively wrong.  Second, I would like to introduce you to your big opportunity.  The GT Academy, Gran Turismo’s online competition to find gamers to mold into bona fideracing drivers, has been launched for 2012.

Last year, an identical effort was launched and a Nissan team entered a driving team of four gamers into the world famous, 24 Hours of Dubai GT1 race (albeit, two of the gamers had raced professionally before here in the real world).  However, they still podiumed in their class, a mind-blowing result when you consider half the team had never touched a race track a year before.  The vast world of online gaming seem to have been tapped for real world use, almost as a scouting technique.  Maybe we will see something similar to come in other professional sports.

So it looks like amazon is expanding into yet another market.  The television program industry?  Turns out they are bringing in and hosting original tv series on their instant video channel one month at a time and will decide on which one to run with.  I know it’s a thing for large online companies to go after multiple markets, but TV shows?  I want to know how that decision went down.
