So, we are going to have this blog self hosted. The problem is… we need a name! So get at it and lets find a "Sweet" domain name for our blog. Goto BustaNames if you want to enter in more than one term and get ideas. Or goto GoDaddy to put in your custom domain name. Ideally it should be a .com or even a .net …and have some words like "internet entrepreneurship" that we'd like to come up for on the SERPS. The problem is "internet entrepreneurship" is a pretty long phrase and hard to spell. Have at it! UPDATE: Here is the list so far – comment on which is your fav.

I just came across the post of another class that is using WordPress to publish class discourse.  Cool.  You can find it at http://bus442.wordpress.com/.  Check it out.  Who knows?  There may be opportunities for collaboration of some sort. 

The purpose of this blog is to explore principles for successful and effective Internet Entrepreneurship. It is being created as a collaborative effort in the class, Internet Entrepreneurship (ENTR-409) at Grove City College in Grove City, PA. Our focus will be to pursue two primary questions:

1. What are the principles and best practices that drive success among entrepreneurial Internet business models?

2. What are the personal factors (skills, knowledge, vision, character) that promote success among Internet Entrepreneurs?

These are separate but related questions. In this class, we will blog on these topics in an effort to uncover the foundations of successful Internet Entrepreneurship and to chronicle them in a collaborative way.

You are encouraged to ask good questions, conduct your own research, and blog about ideas that your find relevant and meaningful.

Your first effort will be to research FACEBOOK, and to write about the principles behind the business model and the entrepreneurs who drive it toward continued success.

Blog what you learn, interact, dialogue and disagree.   The most important thing is to blog what you are thinking and share what you learn.
