It allows people to copyright their product as “all rights reserved”, “some rights reserved” and even “no rights reserved and lets you change the change the terms easily.
As well as simplifying this process, Creative Commons is a portal for free and legal public sharing, remixing and repurposing. Although it is not an alternative to copyright, Creative Commons works alongside copyright to make sure the terms best suit your personal needs.
The organization believes that one’s intellectual property is worth protecting and it should be protected just the way that YOU see fit.
