With the first two rounds of “the big dance” out of the way and the “sweet sixteen” round right around the corner, sites like Bracket Brains and ESPN are enjoying some of their highest ad revenue weeks of the year. Google searches on topics such as Division 1 Tournament and Men’s College Basketball are higher than normal at this time of the year. It is interesting to see how the high paying ads shift from topic to topic in the sports arena as well as in other seasonal markets on the web.
