After funneling through several other videos related to health and science, I found my way to the running column. This is what impressed me most of all. Stumbleupon.com seems to have gathered the most catchy videos and articles related to almost anything you can imagine.
For some reason, this immediately reminded me of Ebaum’s world. The site is fast to draw your attention, but after a half an hour of surfing you realize that you are sadistically wasting your life. However, Stumbleupon.com seems to do more than simply provide its users with mindless entertainment. It has the potential to sidetrack people from watching pointless Youtube.com videos by directing them towards educational and up to date videos related to socially relevant topics.
