Building trusting and healthy relationships with partners, investors, market experts, market friends, employees, clients, etc. will be a vital requirement for any entrepreneur looking to make a name for themselves. I am learning more and more that your success has a lot to do with who you know. As important as education is, it is almost useless if you do not know how to network. You have to maximize social media websites (face book, twitter, you tube, linked in), professor connections, family connections, and any other connection you may know about. If you have no connections then create them yourself. It’s not that hard. Especially in today’s market, it is getting very competitive out there which makes networking that much more of a necessity.
